Why I do this work

I believe that so much of what is wrong in the world is down to our disconnection with ourselves, each other, and the planet. I am passionate about nourishing the climate and mother nature, and I truly believe it starts with us.

By tending to our own health and well-being, we are nourishing the well-being of those around us, and the greater planet itself.

Cyclical living and rooting to nature is a passion that I weave into my teachings, coupled with my in-depth training in naturopathic nutrition, and my experience in supporting young women to find compassion and celebration for their bodies and health.

I do this work because I love helping freedom-seeking women to step into their most vibrant self and create a life of ease, balance and lightness in their menstrual cycle and beyond.

It's broken my heart for so many years seeing women struggling with PMS, being sold a story that PMS is normal, and that there is no other way - "that's just what women have to go through".

My  Journey

I was brought up in a holistic, natural household with my mum’s broad bookshelf covering all things natural healing and alternative lifestyle practices. We grew and cooked with homegrown organic foods, made homemade cordials, and had our medicine cabinet was full of chinese and herbal medicines. Even though as a teenager, I very much rebelled against this way of living, what I didn’t know was that I was actually cultivating this approach to health into my very own personal passion.

When I was 19, I had just spent a year in Paris living as an in house au pair. I had the time of my life and pretty much lived off a diet of cream, bread and saucissons!

I came home to my mum’s house, and felt my energy completely decline, struggled with brain fog, irregular cycles, an array of PMS symptoms, and I generally didn’t feel like me at all.

I found myself dragging myself out of bed each day, and surviving on sugar, caffeine, and paracetamol when my period came around…

My mum suggested I see a nutritional therapist, and although I had never considered that option before, I was open to trying anything. Through the dietary and lifestyle suggestions the nutrition therapist recommended, I immediately started to see significant changes in my energy, menstrual cycles, PMS symptoms and started to feel like myself again. I began nourishing myself with intention, and living in alignment with my own unique body, and saw radical transformation.
